This is a quick and easy to make breakfast recipe with eggs. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />Eggs <br />Water <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />Salt to taste <br />Red Chilli Powder <br />Black Pepper Powder <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- To make boiled eggs in a sauce pan heat some water. <br />- Add salt. Careful place the eggs in the water. <br />- Let the eggs cook on medium flame for 8 minutes. Then switch the flame on high and let them cook for 2 minutes. <br />- Remove the boiled eggs and place them in cold water for few minutes. <br />- Remove the skin and cut the eggs in half. Sprinkle little salt and pepper on the eggs. Boiled eggs are ready. <br />- To make the fried boiled eggs heat some oil in a flat pan. <br />- Sprinkle some red chilli powder, salt and black pepper on the boiled eggs. <br />- Shallow fry them for few minutes. <br />- Fried boiled eggs are ready.
